Confirm the workplace
Check the address, business name and manager's phone before you visit. Tell a friend where you are going for a first meeting.
Understand your contract
Confirm pay, working hours, pay day, break time and weekly holiday allowance (주휴수당) in writing before you start.
Confirm your work permission
Rules depend on your visa and situation. Use 'Can I work?' and confirm with immigration or your school before starting.
Protect your documents
Never hand over your passport or ARC to keep. A photo for the contract is normal; keeping the original is not.
Report suspicious jobs
Use 'Report this job' on any posting where the pay, workplace or requests feel wrong. Our team reviews every report.
